The standard the airline industry trusts.
EPC does not build simulators from scratch. We place the proven standard: Swiss-engineered ELITE devices running Jeppesen navigation data. The credibility is borrowed from the best in the field, and it is earned.
ELITE Simulation Solutions is a Swiss manufacturer of IFR training software, flight controls, and flight training devices, in business since 1987. The name is an acronym for Electronic IFR Training Environment.
ELITE makes its own hardware and runs its own proprietary simulation core, which allows fast reconfiguration, custom flight models, and added aircraft types. It was the first company to introduce professional PC-based airliner-class simulation software.
Its devices are approved by EASA, FAA, CASA, ANAC, and DGCA, and are certified in over 70 countries; ELITE guarantees initial certification. A 6DOF motion platform is available, and the catalogue already includes the 208B Grand Caravan and the B737.
Jeppesen was founded in 1934 by Captain E.B. Jeppesen, the inventor of aviation navigation charts. It was acquired by Boeing in 2000, and ForeFlight, founded in 2007, joined in 2019.
Jeppesen navigation data is the global standard. It drives FMS, GPS navigators, MFDs, and simulators, and the combined platform powers more than 60 million flights a year. ForeFlight's 3D View syncs with simulators for approach practice.
Decisive, together.
Hardware certified in over 70 countries, running the navigation data the airline industry trusts. That combination is what makes the training quality real, and it is what EPC brings inside a school under lease.
